I love helping first time homebuyers. My favorite thing is providing the education to them so they have all the information to feel confident to move forward and purchase a home
I meet with clients face to face, either virtually or in person, to hear their goals. Then I walk them through the process step by step, answer questions quickly & simply with individual attention.
By answering just a few questions, I can determine a price range for my potential clients and if they feel that matches their needs, I can pull soft credit which doesnt affect their credit score.
