Our clients should expect a quick loan process. With your help, we prefer to finish our client loan conditions within 5 business days or less so that you can focus more on the home buying process.
Typically our clients should have a W-2 and Paystub available and a good idea of bank account balances in order to complete a Pre-Qualification.
Please do and we encourage good conversation. So often we pick up on helpful things from plain talk that can sometimes translate to a better product or simpler loan process.
For our investors, we provide a special list of "Things we need" for the application process so that your application is accurate from the beginning - like you, we don't like surprises.
