As a 28 year licensed Real Estate Broker I have many relationships with ethical and professional real estate agents.
I typically connect with clients over the phone, via Zoom meetings and open houses.
I can work up loan scenarios based on the client's provided credit score, debt and income before pull any credit. Once the client and I decide to work together then we can find together the best loan.
My goal is always to make the process as easy as possible while also supporting the client if they need any help in providing documentation or getting their questions answered.
