Jordan is a Certified Mortgage Advisor based in Portland, Oregon. He graduated from Grinnell College in 2008 with degrees in Chinese and Anthropology, and later accepted a fellowship to teach English in Nanjing. After returning to Portland during the peak of the financial crisis, Jordan pursued a career in fine dining, attending culinary school and cooking locally-sourced, ingredient-focused meals for six years.
