Get to know me
I began my career in 1997 as a loan officer at a finance company. That was back in the good old days when we printed documents out on Xerox paper with the perforated edges. Technology has advanced over the years, making some aspects of lending easier, but there's one thing that technology cannot help with: being a good listener. Every borrower has their own story and unique path to homeownership. I aim to make the loan process cheap and easy for each and every client.

We offer a free "what-if" scenario that details what steps can be taken immediately to improve an applicant's credit score, such as paying down a balance or simply updating the status of an account.
Communication. As a consumer myself, I hate being in limbo wondering if my loan is going to be approved and closed on time. So working quickly and providing status updates to all parties is key.
The simple answer is proof of income (and assets, if applicable). The specific documents that will be requested are determined by the applicant's circumstance. We try to keep it simple.
Our wholesale pricing (interest rate & lender fees) is often lower than you'll get from a retail lender. We let the client choose the product and interest rate right for them.
The client can choose to fill out an application online or by phone. Documents can be provided to us electronically or uploaded to our secure portal. We try to make the process smooth for everyone.
