To assist with answering financing questions accurately I would recommend: Tax returns, W2's or 1099's, Paystubs, Bank statements, and State issued ID is a great start.
Without reviewing a credit report, I am limited on how I can be of assistance. Once a loan application is completed we can create a correct action plan to increase your credit score.
