Easy! We are able to do a 'soft pull' of credit. This allows us to see a full credit report with scores from all 3 bureaus without it being registered as a 'hard inquiry' on your credit profile.
None!! We start with an application through our secure portal to complete the prequalification. I'll then confirm the minimal items needed for full approval in underwriting.
It's a HUGE benefit as it gives time to fix potential credit issues and helps to level set expectations on payment & how much savings will be needed. Education is key and that's my specialty!
