Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I came to Texas with a dream and built a beautiful family of five. With 8+ years in banking and 2 years in mortgages, I specialize in FHA, Conventional, and home equity loans. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about helping the Hispanic community. Outside of work, I’m a soccer mom turned golfer. I wear my heart on my sleeve, love to laugh, and bring that same energy to guiding families home.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I connect with clients by listening first. Most of my relationships come from referrals and community ties, and I build from there by making every client feel like family.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I help clients strengthen their credit by reviewing their reports, sharing practical tips, and offering Telco’s in-house credit building loan to set them up for success before applying.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I actually encourage clients to start the conversation early! It gives me a chance to walk them through what to expect, build a plan for credit or down payment, and answer questions without pressure.
