Hi, I'm Jason! I've been working in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I manage and own First Choice Financial of the Western Slope. I have worked as an independent wholesale broker since becoming licensed and processed and managed the office since 2010. I take pride in our communication and education skills in all transactions, working with our business partners and homeowners to move to a quick and efficient closing! I am constantly adding new programs to benefit first-time homebuyers.

I love helping first time homebuyers achieve their goal of homeownership. We help them along the way with understanding, reassurance of affordability, and obtaining down payment assistance.
I help come up with a gameplan using my simulator from my credit servicer, The simulator tells us how the client can best raise their score. We take this information and set a plan with the client.
We have the ability for soft pull from the bureaus which in turn keeps the clients score protected but allows me to continue work on their file to provide them their quote.
Clear understanding of the loan process, fees, and ratios. They should also expect to feel comfortable and confident throughout the home buying process.
With lots of communication this is a breeze. The client will be just as informed and prepared as they would be if they had the ability for face to face interviews.
