How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

As a Mortgage Originator, I always invest more time in the beginning asking questions and reviewing borrowers credit profile. Then run every customer through Rocket's free credit upgrade system.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I feel this is PARAMOUNT in the home purchase process. The initial conversation is critical in finding possible areas of improvement in credit profiling, budgeting, location and specific loan programs
