Email, phone, in person (at the office or whatever is convenient) and by text.
That you will be working with me directly throughout the entire process. From start to finish, you will not be handed off to a processor etc. I will originate, process and close your loan.
We can either pull a soft credit report which has limited impact or we can go off of what you think it maybe by asking you a series of questions.
It's the very best way to go about it. Plan accordingly and start the mortgage process first before going out and looking at homes. This way you can become a certified buyer.
