Our loans products normally have no lender origination fees and no broker or processing fees.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

It's a great idea. Borrowers should know the process and how much the can afford. They should start by checking out the market; what's for sale and for how much.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

ID's, latest bank etc statements, Income information: Payroll check stubs, W-2's, 1099's Pension or SSA benefit letters Two years employment and residence history.
