Now with Equity Smart Home Loans, she has access to 150 lenders, offering everything from first-time homebuyer loans (USDA) to investor and commercial loans. Working from a home office in Palm Springs, California, Jaime services clients all over the state with professionalism, transparency and trust.

I urge clients to get pre-approved before they're ready to purchase... and so do realtors!
Simple: I do a "soft credit pull," which gives me the mid score and does not count against their credit.
I have a trustworthy sphere of influence in the Coachella Valley, including realtors, service providers, escrow professionals and contractors.
It depends on the loan program suited for them. Some programs required W2s, others don't. Most programs do require at least 2 months' bank statements. And government issued ID.
