Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

We are flexible and usually meet clients in our office, via Zoom, or at any other mutually convenient location.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We offer free financial literacy and homeownership seminars to help clients prepare for homeownership. This includes a review of their credit history.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

To start the process, we require a copy of the most recent signed tax return, 2 months of bank statements, 30 days of pay stubs, and a copy of a valid driver's license.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

We can assist any client remotely, regardless of where they live. We are equipped to handle any transaction electronically through our secure network.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

The purchase of a home is an important decision in anyone's life. We recommend and welcome having a conversation before any documents or commitments are made.
