Working with the top real estate professionals, accountants and financial planners, has been my focus for years and contines to this day. The best communication and followup in the industry. There is nothing more important to my clientele than knowing exactly what is happening with their loan.
I ask the client for their preferred form of communication. I will always send an update via email at the end of each week, as well as phone contact to ensure a clear channel of communication
The borrower and their real estate professional. This is accomplished by being there for them every step of the way. I make myself avaialable 7 days a week.
I believe that is the best way to begin the house buying process. We are dealing with a very important financial decision, and it should be dealt with a knowledge based approach for buyers.
After an initial phone conversation, we will discuss the proper documentation needed e.g. Self employment will require different documentaion than a salaried borrower.
