What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Clients should expect to have constant communication throughout the loan process, helping to lessen the stress of a new home purchase or refinance.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I love to work with clients in different states. Communication is the key factor in making the transaction smooth no matter your location.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

2 months Bank Statements, 30 days pay stubs, Retirement/Investment Accounts, Tax Returns (if self-employed), Government-Issued ID. Other items may be requested after reviewing the application.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with all clients, but my favorite is probably first time homebuyers. I love helping FTHB through the process of buying their first home and helping them to learn the process as they go

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I am flexible on the ways that I can connect with borrowers. I tend to adapt to the way the client is most comfortable with whether that be text, call or in person.
