I love working with all clients but first time home buyers I spend a little more time with trying to educate them since they have never been through the homebuying process before.
I always request a copy of their driver's license, 1 month of paystubs and 1 month of bank statements so that we get the most accurate information possible.
Realtors and referrals. The best compliments I receive are referrals and repeat business!
Most of my business is handled over the phone. The closing can be completed with a Notary. So phone calls, emails and texts are the way we communicate. I always attend my closing and meet in person.
I love to give my realtors referrals and that helps my customers that don't already have a realtor to work with. It helps us all work together for a smoother home buying experience.
