I have nearly 25 years in the origination business and 18+ years operating my own brokerage. I like to think I deliver a little higher level of knowledge and expertise than the average broker-originator out there. You'll also find I do not charge any application fees or processing fees like others routinely charge. There really isn't any loan product out there that I am not familiar with.

The vast majority of my clients are referrals from other past clients. I don't think there is a better compliment I can receive than to have someone I previously worked with refer me to someone else.
I love to help a prospect that has had some credit challenges in their past. Nothing feels better than working with someone to get them credit qualified. I don't charge any fees either!
I pride myself in keeping my clients in the loop from start to finish. For most people, buying a home is the single most important financial decision they will ever make in their life.
I don't charge any application or processing fees to my clients. Many lenders and brokers charge $500-$1,000 for this. I typically build my entire commission into what the bank pays me for the rate
This is one of my favorite things to do. Educating folks that are doing this for the first time is something I pride myself on. I've done this everyday for 25+ years. Most folks do it once or twice.
