We are REALLY good at teaching clients how to become Investors! Whether you're a 1st-time buyer or an investor, we have the programs, but we SPECIALIZE is in teaching you things most lenders don't!!!

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

We get paid by the lenders, so we don't have to charge you a dime to do the loan! We'll show you how to avoid paying lenders extra fees to save on closing costs & show you payback period calculations.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

We'll show you how banks like to make their $$$, so you avoid mistakes that most banks won't tell you. Putting too much $$ down can hurt your rate. Some Lenders have discounted PMI. Tricks to use OPM!

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Call & ask us away! It's important to learn all the tricks upfront so you can make sure your realtor negotiates correctly. Ex: Negotiate seller-paid closing costs saves you thousands upfront! OPM!!!

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

It's easy! You do everything from your phone/computer & can always Zoom if preferred. When relocating, if you just sold a home, call us & we'll show you different things you can do with the cash too!!
