I was born in Scotland, but spent most of my life in Arizona, where I grew up and later attended ASU. With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry I have held virtually every position, and have a deep understanding of home financing.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping first time homebuyers, especially when they have questionable credit, it just means so much more to them to actually purchase a home.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I can provide a quote based on just a soft credit check, so it doesn't count as an inquiry.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I have been working with credit reporting agencies for over 20 years, I know all the tricks to improving a credit score.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

We can get started today with-out any documents, but I will probably need some eventually.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think it's great, I'm happy to just talk about the process and make sure it's as easy and stress free as possible when they are ready to purchase.
