Hello! My name is Edward Espinoza, I've been a Mortgage Loan Officer for almost a decade now. I spent 5 years working at a Direct Lender, both as a Loan Officer and with Management, and a few years ago I made the switch to Wholesale Lending and became an independent Broker Partner through West Capital Lending. We are now the #1 Rocket Wholesale partner, the #1 Mortgage Broker in America, and I am a Branch Manager and part of the #1 Mortgage Wholesale Team in the United States! At your service!
