I’m DJ Rondeau, a mortgage broker with over 20 years of experience helping families and investors navigate home financing with confidence. I’ve been with Bay to Bay Lending since 2008 and proudly serve Tampa, St. Pete, and all of Florida. As a U.S. Army Reserve veteran, I’m especially passionate about VA loans, first-time buyers, and building long-term relationships—not just closing loans.

I love helping VA buyers and Tampa Bay clients buying and selling at the same time by planning ahead, communicating clearly, and coordinating closely with agents to reduce stress.
We charge no application, processing, or underwriting fees. In limited cases, some programs require a mandatory underwriting fee. We’re paid by the wholesale lender, not the client.
Depending on the scenario, I offer both soft credit inquiries and hard credit pulls so clients can explore loan options while protecting their credit when possible.
Most clients need pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and an ID. I’ll review your goals and clearly outline anything additional upfront.
I work with trusted Tampa Bay real estate agents, title companies, insurance pros, and home service providers to help ensure smooth, on-time closings.
