Had a pleasant experience with Devin. Things could have gone better, numbers were misconstrued to us and a higher up had to get involved. They talk very fast and I fear that is their tactic to trick you in a sense. All in all, things got figured out and we are pleased with our decision.

I’m a first time home buyer and a Veteran. Very new to the whole loan process. My loan officer was Sam Bechtel, also had a lot of help from Rutherford and he helped me out a lot made the whole process very stress free and very transparent with me on what will work or not. I got approved at a great rate and really helped me and my fiancé into our very first home together. Can’t thank them enough for all the help highly highly recommend working with them. Sam Ebnet gave us a call starting that rates are good right now and if we wanted to lower our interest rate. We were on board right away. Sam was very experienced and professional and got everything done within days. Our experience was great. We would recommend him if your looking to buy a home or refinance your home.
