Find answers to my most-asked questions, covering everything from how I'll support you to what you need to start the process.
I will review the credit report and make suggestions on how to improve the score. Anything serious and beyond my expertise, I will recommend to a credit repair company that I have worked with.
A borrower who is not in my licensed state, Florida or Tennessee, I will recommend an LO in the state where they want to buy. I will be involved at every step to make sure all is moving along smoothly
I will connect & communicate with clients in the method that they prefer: phone calls, emails, text, smoke signals :) It's up to them. For sharing sensitive documents, I use our secure system.
I will give a verbal quote so they get an idea of rates. If they want a more accurate quote, they'll fill out an application & will do a soft-pull to see their credit score without affecting the score
