I love it. The earlier we talk, the better the strategy. It gives us time to strengthen credit, build savings, and prevent underwriting surprises. Early planning = smoother closing.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I help out-of-state buyers purchase in TX or OH with secure online applications, e-signatures, and video updates. I coordinate closely with your realtor and title team for a smooth, remote closing.
