Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with investors because they fully understand the process and like to move quickly. However, I also love working with first time home buyers & holding their hand from beginning to end.

Borrowers should expect timely communication, and clear instructions so can have a very smooth process.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I feel it's imperative to have a game plan with a monthly budget and full transparency on financials so I can give the best advice possibility.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I connect with my customers by phone, email, text and in person meetings. Everyone is different and I'm willing to work within their comfort zone.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I have a pretty strong referral network. So if I can't help the client, I'm confident I can connect them with someone who can.
