I like my clients to be educated. Let's fact it, this is probably one if not the biggest purchase you will make in your life so i want you to fully understand how the loan process works.
We do a soft pull of credit on the front end to review your credit scores. Once we are ready to make an offer then only at that time do we do the actual hard pull of credit.
I can run a credit analysis and see if you can achieve a higher score for little to no money and I also look to see if this will help your interest rate. If it does then i will send you a plan.
Typically all you need to get started is your last 2 years W2s, last month worth of paystubs and you last 2 months bank statements along with a picture copy of your drivers license.
It is ideal for home buyers to speak with me first so we can see what you can afford and what your comfort level is for a monthly payment. Always the best first step when buying a home.
