As a broker, I shop multiple lenders to find you the best rate and terms. My goal is always to save you more than I cost you.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I use a soft pull first when possible. One credit inquiry, multiple lender options. Your score stays protected while we find your best loan.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements, and a valid ID. Have those ready and we can move fast. I’ll tell you exactly what applies to your situation.
