NV Lending was opened in 2023 after 5 successful years w/ a national mortgage retailer & top Miami-Dade loan officer for 3 consecutive years. What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Up front, I request an initial consultation and email follow up that provides a prospect with my online background, resume, reviews and an application and document checklist that has a loan needs list

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

This is called the landscaping phase, where I request an initial consultation (planting the seed), explain the process w/ follow ups (watering) to help a client become qualifed (plant growth).

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

NV Lending is part of the NV NETWORK, a family owned & operated real estate syndicate. The NETWORK includes local real esate agents, title company, insurance agents, home inspectors and home repair.
