Hi, I’m Tia Polizzi! I’m passionate about making homeownership possible and solving tough loan scenarios with creativity and care. With a finance background from Temple University and deep roots in real estate, I help clients navigate Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, refinance, and home equity options. I love building relationships, guiding first-time buyers, and finding solutions. Outside work, I enjoy time with my mini dachshund Frankie, family, friends, crafts, and fitness.

I love it. I always encourage clients to start the conversation early, even if they’re not ready to purchase yet. It gives us time to build a game plan and make sure they're fully prepared.
