I have experience with all loan program types that are available, so if there is a specific need or a way to make the scenario work, I will find it and get it done. I love helping our Veterans, first-time buyers, self-employed buyers, and will always do everything I can to make the purchase process as simple and stress-free as possible.

When I do pre-approvals, I only do a soft pull on the credit profile so there is no negative impact on the credit scores.
