Where and how do you typically connect with clients?
Generally over a phone and afterwards we decide if we meet in person or text or email to go forward.
How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
We generally do a soft pull if needed but I can provide quotes and numbers based on an understanding that it's not official until we have a real credit report
How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?
I think the conversation's probably more important to best understand the individual needs and wants so we can see how we can best help.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Generally what I need is a drivers license a paycheck stub and currrent W- 2s
How do you work with clients buying out of state?
Our company is currently licensed in about 46 states I'm licensed in over 24 states.
