I love helping first time homebuyers, to walk them through the process from start to finish, holding their hand the whole way.
Clients should expect a clear path with full details from getting pre-qualified to what to expect every step of the way. I leave no questions unanswered!
I will go through the items needed in the beginning, credit, income, assets, and current housing. I ask for these up front to be able to put a file together.
I will ask the client what they believe their credit score is, and provide a rate quote based on that. Once they are ready to move forward, after collecting their items, I pull credit, confirm rate.
