Todd is a born again spirit filled believer in Jesus Christ. Todd is married to Maria McDougall, a devout Christian, with their 5 dogs (Charlie, Lupita, Teddy, Joshua, & Benny) & one 1 cat (Sammie).

We usually request the 2/2/2's. 2 year of W2's, 2 months bank statements, 2 years tax returns, and 30 days of pay stubs. We also have programs that require no tax returns.
Yes, we can provide a estimte without pulling credit. We will just base the rates on the stated credit scores.
