Since 2001, I have worked as a Loan Officer at two banks, and several Mortgage Bankers and Broker entities. After gaining a lot of different perspectives and valuable experiences, I created my own Mortgage Brokerage Company, Family Financial Home Loans. I embrace clients as family/teammates from the first conversation through lifelong working relationships. For the vast majority of people, their mortgage is their financial foundation… I will ensure that it is never compromised or taken lightly!

Transparency and Ease... I have a very client-friendly software in place that makes everything very transparent and up-to-the-minute, so you are always informed.
After we speak, you fill out your online loan application. I will ONLY have you provide the loan documentation required for your loan. We front-load your documentation, and then you sit back and relax
I will always do Zoom calls unless the clients prefer a phone call or a face-to-face.
I pay for the appraisal! Only the Lender and the required Third-Party costs are ever paid. I always strive for no-cost loans; the vast majority of the time, this occurs, given prudent breakeven.
