How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
I provide everyone with my best guess given where the market is for that particular day. However, the best thing any client can do is let us pull up a SOFT inquiry on the credit and price it out.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Sometimes they need nothing at all! The list of needed documents varies widely which is why a quick conversation with me will help me to advise you on what documents (if any) you'll need.
