they usually get free credit rpts from the 3 credit bureaus. i will go by whatever they told me

I follow up with them every day and answer every calls, emails or texts.

I offer them to seminars to update them on the lending trends and changes
What are your typical fees or lender costs?
I work with clients and is up to them on their preference. for refi, i usully offer no closing costs for refi.
