I meet with clients at my office, at showings where the home is for sale. I communicate with clients through, phone, text and email.
Very efficient service and thorough information of the home buying, selling or purchae or refinancing loans process.
I recommend my clients to let me know what their creditkarma.com and experian.com accounts display on their credit scores and I use those scores to provide a quote on pricing with out pulling credit.
I recommend paying down credit cards to initially be bellow 70% of the credit limit and ideally be at 30% of their credit limit if they are not able to pay them off completely.
What stands out the most about me is that I am a real estate and mortgage broker so I can provide the one stop shop experience and be able to consult with one individual.
