How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
We provide quotes without hard inquiries on your credit. If you have credit karma or Rocket Money you likely know your approximate credit score. :)
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Basic information. Approximate loan balances, credit score, basic income information and communication about their goals.
How do you work with clients buying out of state?
