Chris Neuswanger has been a resident of the Vail Valley since 1978 and was involved in real estate sales and development from 1978 until establishing a mortgage brokerage practice in 1995. He has closed over 1,000 mortgage loans and written over 500 columns for the Vail Daily on how to qualify for and manage your mortgage loan. In addition to conforming conventional loans he is a expert in working through unique situations involving non-warrantable condos or low documentation loans.
