We will start by making sure your credit is at its peak before we do a hard pull when you are under contract.

I will be updating you constantly through out the process to get your loan closed with less stress.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I would do a soft pull first to at least have the correct credit score to work on when we look at rates.
