With years of experience as a loan originator, I am happy to provide you with the best service and expertise in the industry. I have been licensed as a loan originator across the country for over four years. Previously, I worked as the Director of IT at a mortgage bank, and prior to that, I was real estate agent in New York City. Also while in New York, I studied Mathematics and Economics at Fordham University.

I can quote and pre-approve clients using a soft credit check. It doesn't the credit score whatsoever.
I often provide advice to clients on how to improve their credit - not only before applying, but even during the application process. I offer credit rescores for free. Our minimum score is 500.

The earlier the better! It's a good idea to look at your credit report to prepare for your purchase. Additionally, planning for closing costs and the down payment is essential to a smooth process.
On the lending side, the loan process can be completely entirely online with only closing being completed in person. Importantly, I match out of state clients with an experienced and trusted Realtor.
