What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?
I have been originating AND processing all of my loans for 30+ yrs. This benefits my clients with increased efficiency and faster closing. In 2024, I received Rocket's "Fastest Clear To Close" award.
What are your typical fees or lender costs?
I do NOT charge any broker or processing fees. The only lender costs are Rocket's fees. As of 10/1/2025, those are: $1,050 Underwriting Fee, $115 Flood Cert, Tax Service & MERS
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Typically, the TWO "2's"... Last 2 paystubs & Last 2 yrs W2's or Fed'l Tax Returns- if self employed. For Refi's, add: Last Mortgage Statement & Insurance. For Purchases, add: 2 mo asset statements
