What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Income documents (mostly paystub/W2), mortgage statements and home insurance declaration pages.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

All my clients needing cash out of their equity or a lower monthly mortgage payment. I make the process easier because I get all their supporting documentation up front before even presenting the loan

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

They should expect a high level of expertise, QUICK service with response time, almost 24/7 service! I answer on the weekends and holidays as well.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I connect with clients via phone calls and a LOT of texting.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I magic row all the numbers on my mortgage calculator and add money for costs/escrows so I can get them an accurate payment so a lot of times I present to clients before credit and the client agrees.
