All are welcome to pop into our office in Tustin, CA, but most of our initial consultations are done over phone or Zoom meetings.
We prepare a web based spreadsheet for each of our clients to show clear, personalized loan options which includes a short video that explain rates, APR, payments, and savings in simple terms.
It is always important to start the conversation of home ownership EARLY in the process... even if it's months or years away.. time to prepare for or adjust for what you will need for approval.
