Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I mostly work on the phone - but I understand how important this purchase is to my clients - so I will always be available to meet face to face.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Consistency, Transparency and Honesty.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Depends on what type of loan, and your employment, but typically, ID, two bank statements, two paystubs, most recent year-end W2 statement and tax returns if self employed.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I not only like it - I encourage it! The better prepared you are, the more successful you will be.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

My company is licensed in all 50 states and I have been equally successful closing loans elsewhere as I have in Florida.
