I am very knowledgeable in this subject and the author of a book ("Credit Scores Tips and Tricks How to Improve Your Credit Score") explaining what to do and not to do before applying for a loan.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

I have been a real estate agent (REALTOR®) since 2009 (more than 17 years), serving on many committees, experienced, and have access to the most reliable real estate information through the MLS.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

To provide a reliable rate, I initially will run credit reports/scores with his permission using a soft pull, which should not affect his credit score. I continue before sending to the underwriter.
