We provide a soft pull credit report and price the loan based on this score so that the credit is not impacted in a negative way.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Two years taxes with W2's or 1099's. Sixty days bank statements. Copy of any 401 or retirement statements. Thirty day most recent pay stubs. Driver License and SSI card, Work permit SSI card, ITIN.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Great idea to make sure that everything that is needed and taken care of to make the loan process smooth and fast.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

From two to three percent of the loan amount.
