I connect with clients through referrals from past clients, real estate agents, and my professional network. Many also reach out through social media or after being referred by friends and family.
Clients usually need their two most recent pay stubs, last two years of W-2s or tax returns, two months of bank statements, and a copy of their ID to begin the pre-approval process.
I encourage clients to reach out even if they’re not ready to buy yet. Starting the conversation early allows me to help them understand their options and guide them on how to be best prepared.
