What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

That I'm going to be available when they need me. I work with a lot of first responders and they have challenging schedules. I adjust to my clients needs.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping first-time homebuyers by really taking the time to explaining everything and then emailing them follow up on information so they review as needed.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I have the option to offer a soft pull on credit if clients aren't ready for a hard pull.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

With technology buying out of state is not an issue. We can set up zoom calls, email, text, whatever is easiest for the buyer.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I get most of my clients by referrals from previous clients, people in the community I volunteer with, or other industry professionals that have worked with me.
